I'm new to this post site and need help with my "Notification Status Bar" I recently noticed that the pull down status/notification bar at the top of the screen on my Verizon Rhym is missing. When I press the notification icon from my menu nothing happens. I want to avoid a factory reset at all costs. Can you help? The last thing I recall doing was an updated download for "YouTube". The next day I noticed I no longer had the "Notification Status Bar".
