How do I transfer contacts from my iphone to this phone. I went to a Verizon store, and they didn't know how to do it

Or use Verizon Backup Assistant.
Nokia has an app in the windows phone store called Transfer My Data.
It work well for me
since you had a smartphone, i am guessing yor contacts were synced to either gmail/outlook/ hotmail account.
So once you start up your nokia and add any of your mail account, you should be able to automatically start getting back all your contacts. This is what i do when i get another smartphone. till now i have moved from couple htc 8x (htc hate me) to my current 928. (everything is in the cloud my friend)
Nokia has an app for that. Go to the app store and download the Transfer my Data app. You can find it in the Nokia collection
