I have had my Samsung since January of 2013 and I hate this phone. I can't make a call in my apartment without the call dropping or the phone cutting in and out. I know it is the phone and not the service because my wife as the iPhone 5 and I can be in the same spot and make a call just fine. I have been in to see someone a few times and they have changed the settings a few times and said it should be fixed but it never works. One guy suggested changing the SIM card for $10 but why should I have to pay for this crappy phone that I am now stuck with for another year. Anyone have any other suggestions?
