I have a HTC Droid Incredible. I did a factory reset on it to clear all the data from it but now it wants me to reactivate the phone to program it. I don't need to reactivate it because I will only be using it with the wi-fi in my house. Is it possible to reprogram the phone without reactivating it? Thank You.
