Can anyone help me with instructions on how to set up caller ID (Name) included with tele number displayed on incoming call ?

Hi gordonjo,We're here to help! Did you get the called ID set up ok? If not, please know you can edit the name that shows up when calling other people via My Verizon. Once logged in, simply click in the search bar (on the left hand side) and type "name ID." That should bring up an option- click on it and it will let you edit the name.
