I am looking at buying the Galaxy S4 but there is a problem when trying to install the Vonage Mobile app which I need when I travel to the UK. The app is in the Android Play Store but when trying to install I get a message that the app is NOT COMPATIBLE on the device. I went to Best Buy where Samsung has a permanent booth and none of the Samsung people have the answer. They say it most likely has to do with Verizon but I have a hard time believing that. The Vonage app does load on other Verizon phones. Any help would be appreciated.
