So I'm basically going to be held hostage to owning probably a really crappy phone. This is my second S3. The first one just suddenly stopped holding a charge. My visit to the Verizon store (twice) ended up with my having the battery replaced and my purchasing a Mofi. The day after purchasing the Mofi, the phone still lost charge dramatically. Solution: Got a refurbished phone.
Refurbished phone holds charge wonderfully, but now I can't even have a real conversation with anyone without the phone dropping calls after like 2 minutes. It's so embarrassing. I work from home and I can't even do conference calls with this horrible phone. I feel like I'm being held hostage to this horrible horrible phone and no one at Verizon even gives a crap.
