IM 3.0 problems with inpulse

Hi is anyone else having problems after downloading the new messenger 3.0 on inpulse? Everytime i try to connect it just says not availabe to prepay customers.Is there anything i can do to my v3m to correct this problem?

Hi Michele, I downloaded it from my v3m,I don't know what the link is.I had the old version and was prompted to upgrade to the new version, after the upgrade it never worked right, I kept getting an error message that said not available to prepaid customers. I hope this is of some help to you.
