Problem after June 2013 Update

Hi,

I updated the new software on June 26, 2013, still android 4.1.2. My mobile data usage disable every now and then. So no mobile data, I have to go to setting and check mark mobile data. It happen so frequently and it is really annoying.

Any advise?

Thank you for reaching out. We certainly want your device to be working properly. With the latest update the software still remained at 4.1.2, but did resolve issues from the previous update. Haven't seen any previous issues with mobile data toggle disabling. Have you tried doing a factory reset or putting phone in safe mode to isolate the problem? Let us know if either of those issues work or we can proceed with other options.
