Galaxy S4 USB Drivers?

My Galaxy S4 won't connect to my PC via USB.

Operating System is Windows Vista.

I've tried downloading the driver from the Samsung site...but it never worked....plus...it takes around 30 to 45 minutes to install. I've never seen that before...ever.

Anyone else had USB connect issues that they were able to fix?

Uninstall the drivers. Download the drivers from Samsung's website and make sure you run the exe file as administration. Once it finish installing restart your computer.
