Freezing/ issue connecting to WIFI

I've only had my phone a few days and every day it seems to be freezing! I've stopped automatic updates, I've downloaded a task killer and I have disabled numerous apps to try to get it to stop freaking out, and it continually does it not just once but about 4 times a day to the point it is required to pull the battery out to restart it. Not only that but AFTER I do that my wifi does not connect and I must restart my modem to connect. Please help!

If your phone was not freezing when you first got it then I would have to beleve the problems are related to one or more apps that you installed. Try uninstalling all your apps you installed including the app killer. If this does not correct the problem then try a factory reset. The last app installed prior to the freezing is probably the culprit.

How long has this issue been occuring for? I would recommend putting the device in safe mode,http://vz.to/1dyR8dX, and test the device. Let us know if the issues persist.
