I bought my Galaxy 4 from Verizon online and had to wait a month to get it while everyone else was already selling them at the retail locations (AT&T, etc). The phone did not last a month before the sound [removed] out on it. I took it to a Verizon store where they reset the settings to factory specs to see if they could fix it. No luck. They told me to contact customer service and they would replace the phone. Well....they did that by sending me someone elses rebuilt [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] out phone. When I called about why they would send me a used rebuilt phone when the S4 has only been out for a motnh or so, they basically, and in a not very nice manner, told me tough [removed] . That's how it's done. Well Verizon, you have me for the contract period and the I'm DONE, with you and the Samsung garbage that you sell. I'm [removed], in case you can't tell... Brand new phone for $50 more than everyone else and you trade it for a used phone that has already crashed. Well, that's how you make money, I suppose. i know I barking up an empty tree because I know Cusotmer Servcie does not exist at Verizon. It's a phone bank of excuses.
