My phone is not froze it just wont move up from my lock screen. I touch it and try to pull it up but it won't. I just got this phone a week ago, any suggestions?
Was it working before this? Have you tried powering the phone off (hold the power button till it tells you to,slide down to power off) and then restarting?
whitney0001,Good thing nothing is too odd for us to tackle head on. Have you tried restarting the phone? If not, please turn it off and power it back on to see if things have changed. And hey, no harm in trying the same method with the phone plugged into a charger.
