????No confirmation email

I am so confused, i see other people saying they received a confirmation email after they ordered their phone but i didnt. Im a new customer and all i got was an email saying my order was on hold when i was told that it shouldnt be. Theres so much im confused about . Why havent i received an email, why is my credit application on hold and when will i receive my phone ??
