my s3 just froze up on me and won't do anything. It's stuck on the phone keyboard page. any ideas?

mhart83638, the light bulb in my head just went off! I have a few ideas. Press/hold the power and volume up button for 3-5 seconds until the reboot screen appears. Have you downloaded any 3rd party applications from the Google Play market? Some applications software will affect the performance of your device.
