HELP, forgot 4-digit lock password, any way to reset/ find it?

On my Cosmos 2, you can have the basic unlock ( pressing "OK" to unlock phone) or you can create your own 4-digit passcode to unlock the phone. It isn't my last 4 digits of my number. Is there any way I can figure out what my password is or any way I can reset it? Thanks!

That is not fun ajmcookiemonster! Unfortunately, there is no way for us to retrieve that password. Have you tried 0000? If that does not work, you may want to take the device into a local Verizon Wireless store where they can restore it to the manufacturer settings. Go to www.vzw.com/storelocator to find a store near you.
