you can download the app Home++, look in the market, and this will allow you to have more screens.
or you can wait till the end of the month when Flan (or FroYo) is suppose to be released and that will give you five screens and live wallpapers.
It's officially FroTo, they say. Flan probably was just the assumption of some sites.
