1) YES, I would like to answer the phone with the speaker ON ...

2) ACTUALLY, I would like to keep the speaker ON - ALL THE TIME - not just

for the "minute"

Thanks for clarifying johnnie13. Unfortunately, on the LG Exalt there is not an option to keep speaker phone on at all times. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
