I have a samsug galaxy s4. It will not open an attached photo nor send photos. I tried to send one to myself about 3 minutes ago and it is still sending.
Have you turned wi-fi off and mobile data on?
turned off wifi and mobile data is on. Still didn't work.
Bummer. Another thing you can try is putting the phone in airplane mode for a few minutes, then again turning on mobile data (wi-fi off) and see if that works. You also could try rebooting the phone. If neither of those work, you might call Customer Service and see if they need to reset your text feature from their end.
