I recently switched to the S4 after reading that I could purchase a synch app online that would easily transition all of my music files from Itunes to the S4 format. I have a large library and have been unsuccessful using the bitstudio synctunes converter. I loaded everything as instructed, and when it came time to synch and copy over I received an error message that Itunes does not recognize the file format. I am not an experienced techie so I'm clueless. Does anyone know the easiest way to do this? There is another software from Aovsoft that I've heard may work. Could anyone help please? I would hate to lose access to my library of over 600 songs that I have purchased through Apple. One side note, I purchased all of the songs through my iphone connection to the itunes store, then loaded them into the online itunes library.
