GS3 password stop working

I have a GS3 I have it password protected and now it won't let me unlock it I have lots of pictures on in I had a sd card in the phone but it got full so it started saving them to the phone the pictures and videos are priceless to me is there anyway to get the pictures and videos off the phone

Can I set up back up plus to auto back up the phone from online please help

Rumor is that after X number of failed password attempts the phone will ask for the original e-mail account name and password it was setup with, your gmail password most likely. I have never tried this. And don't know if it destroys any files. You're on your own.

For future safety back up your photos and other important files often and/or use Dropbox, Google+, or and number of other icloud storage services. Your SDcard is full? 32GB cards are pretty cheap.

I have a 64 gb sd card I have already do it over 100 times I think that it might be the phone cause the password worked and then just stopped working

What have you done "over 100 times"? You have filled up a 64GB SDcard! You may have also filled up the phone's memory causing OS/software problems. An incorrect password is not a usual symptom of a hardware problem, but it could be I've never tried a Cache Clear on a password protected device, but it may be worth a try. Will the Android SDK, monitor.bat work to pull your photos? Again, I don't have a clue on a password protected device. In the end it may be Factory Reset time and you lose all files stored internally unless someone else can come up with some ideas.

It may be too late for this, but this is why I have all my pictures back up to my Google+ account.

I am sorry to see that you are experiencing issues accessing your phone. When entering the wrong password multiple times, you will be presented with fields asking for your Google account information. If you do not remember your Gmail user name (email) and/or password, please go to http://gmail.com and click on the Forgot Password link to reset. Once you enter the correct credentials you will be able to unlock your device. I recommend saving your pictures to your computer and/or a cloud service http://vz.to/14QbP0I to prevent losing your precious memories.
