My Galaxay III is brand new but has started to backup constantly and fails all the time. Error code 5 and 1001. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
Hi cathi1129, Oh No! That definitely sounds a bit strange. I fully understand the importance of having access to your device features at all times. I assume you're currently using Backup Assistant.
