so just tried to download the system update for my s4.....took over an hour, my phone restarted, and i get system update failed message. Tried removing the battery and rebooting the phone, still cant get a re-download. Seems as if no one at verizon can help me or return a call or message so im curious to see if any of you guys could help me out
