Turn on problems

Today when I turned on my phone it turns on and then gets to registering but half way through says there's an error and I have to reset so i click reset and the process starts over but it keeps making me reset it half way through registering . . . any ideas to fix it?

That does not sound like fun Crystal_Schuetz! I was able to confirm that this is not a known issue. Have you tried to connect the device to BlackBerry Desktop manager as it is booting up (with USB)? Lets try to remove the battery and place it back in. Try to turn on. If the issue persists, please follow me and send a private message with your name and mobile number.
