Aol works now for about 5 minutes on my phone after I delete and reinstall. I get the following email from Verizon;
Your account XXXXXXXXX@aol.com could not be authenticated. If you have recently changed your email password, please enter the most current password in settings to continue receiving emails.
Bought the phone in October and it worked fine up until 3 months ago. About every week or so I would get the above email and would reconfigure the account and it would get emails for about a week. Now it only takes a few minutes to get the email and for the phone to stop receiving AOL.
The entered password is correct. We have not changed it.
My wife and sons have the same phone and have no problems accessing the account
Spoke to Verizon support yesterday and they said they were not sure what was going on and we did a hard reset and the problem still exists.
Spoke to Best Buy Samsung experience rep who said the problem is that only one phone can access aol. Why did it work for 2 years with the older phones and for 6 months with the new?
I really use this email a lot now to communicate with teams I coordinate. Anyone have a solution? Thanks
