Can anyone offer me any suggestions on how to fix the family rooms in my moms phone? She has tried taking her phone into the Verizon store and the representative knew less about the phone than she did. She has 2 rooms, one shared with my Dad, and last week she realized she was no longer connected to it, and when she clicks the "repair this room" button, nothing happens. She also has a family room shared with my sister, brother-in-law and dad, and she realized that now she is no longer connected to it either. I don't know much about her phone since I am an Apple user, so any suggestions would be great. Thanks :smileyhappy:
