Touch Screen not responding - help!!

The touch screen on my Galaxy S3 is not responding, I reset it to factory settings but it is still not working and now I can not set up the phone.. please help

Try this:

PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME UP + Home Button + Power

Turn the phone off
Press and hold Volume UP and Home (center) button
Press Power until the phone vibrates
Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons
Select Wipe data/Factory reset with VOLUME DOWN, press Power (right hand-side)
Select YES...delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then Press Power
After format, press Power again to reboot the phone (select reboot system now)

If you are still unsure you should call VZW tech support.

I did this & still nothing :smileysad: took battery out several times, this is so frustrating. Thanks for the response .. to the Verizon store I go in the morning I guess.
