Transferring photos from cloud to new phone

I lost my SD card but thankfully I had everything saved in the cloud. I have almost 1000 pictures so the only way I could do it from my phone is one by one. I was told to try doing it from the computer. So I connected my phone via USB to the computer but I am not sure how to transfer my pictures from the cloud to the phone now.

Any help? And also is there any way to download them all and not one by one?

TGFTC. That's "thank goodness for the cloud"! Anyways, you bring up a good question here. To be honest, the transfer does have to be done one by one at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
