So I can sent text messages but I can't receive texts on my phone. I called customer support and they have not been helpful at all. I was told to turn off my phone for a bit so the tech could reprogram it and he would call back after I turned it back on. Its been over 40 mins since I did this and have not been contacted.
This is the second time my phone has done this within the last month. I have gone through the steps before with customer service on my first phone and none of them worked then and I did all the same steps with this phone and none of them work.
HELP!
