Over the past several weeks I have not been receiving calls. Incoming calls go directly to voicemail with no notifications.
I can not access my voicemail by dialing *86 either. I have spent several hours on the phone with tech support, going through all the steps of powering down, restarting, taking sim card out, battery, test call, etc. eventually we can get a call through, but that only lasts for a day or so. I have several network repair tickets, the latest has been inactive for 4 days. Is there anyone out there that actually had this problem fixed? Should I be out looking for an iPhone or a new carrier...which is it?
