I have been dealing with the defects of this phone since I got it 4 months ago. The phone hangs up during my calls , often does not ring when calls come through, and when calls come through goes straight to voice mail it also has a problem with holding a charge. This phone is terrible and needs to be taken off the line of production I am sure I am not the only having a problem since there is a topic of discussion about it. Don't but it or take it for free when signing up with verizon wireless.
