My phone has been working fine for months and all day. I get a new text, go to open it, it loads all the threads but when I open a thread it just stays loading and nothing happens. I deleted some apps I thought may suddenly have been the problem, but nothings working. I've restarted it, taken the battery out, everything but a factory reset. Any options before trying the reset?
