My old env3 is receiving "no content" text messages and turning on and off by itself--this has been going on for 2 hours. What can I do?

Oh No! Let's work the kinks out! Let's start by trying to pull the battery out for 60 seconds. Then reinsert it and test it. Let us know if this fixes the problems. Keep us posted.
