Is it really possible to talk to someone from Verizon on chat? I have been able to chat with a representative one time out of the numerous attempts that i have made? Can these people not staff the most basic customer care?

Are FB and Twitter more secure than your website? And can you confirm the privacy on those sites as compared to www.vzw.com?
