Did you download them to the phone while having a 3G or 4G data connection?

I can't download either. Also can't open links in web pages or imbedded video,

Are you getting a specific error? Is your data connection turned on?

Could you perhaps post a screenshot (without any personal info) on here so we can see what you see?
