Verizon released an update thought their software update program which is basically kies in disguise and whenever i try and install this update it puts the phone in "downloading do not turn off target" and it doesn't do anything. then the software times out on trying to update the device and i have to do a battery pull. thankfully this does not damage my device and make it a paperweight. whats the deal?
