why am I no longer receiving notificiations when I get an email or a text?
We can certainly figure that out together cheryl26. Make sure that your main notification settings are turned on first http://vz.to/1brK7ca. Then check text and email as well. You'll need to open the app, press the Menu icon, then Settings. Choose Notifications and make sure they are turned on and a ringtone is set. Let me know if you need further assistance.
