Purchased ringtone not downloading on phone

I purchased a ringtone through the "Verizon Tones" app on my phone.  The purchase is complete but the download is pending.  I received a message that I didn't have enough memory in Play Store.  I have plenty of memory on my phone and I'm confused what the memory in Play Store has to do with my download.  Help please.
