The vm indicator is on when there is no vm, how do I get rid of that icon in the tray?

I just got the Maxx, no vm, but icon is marked in the tray as if there were a vm, how do I get rid of that symbol?

Let's get rid of that pesky icon, sunseed. I had the same problem. Once I powered the device off for 1-2 minutes the notification disappeared. Give that a try and let me know if it works.
