When I launch a movie or TV show in Netflix, I can hear the audio but the screen is green. I uninstalled Netflix and re-installed with the same issue.
Also, when I was looking at some Samsung apps, the background was the same green.
Is it possible that a necessary app was deleted from my phone that I need to run it correctly?
