s3 wont connect to laptop

can anyone help? s3 wont connect to laptop do take pics off it. i tried switching on wifes laptop same thing. used same cable as wifes s3 and hers connects and mine dont i tried putting into downloading and that also didnt work. changed cords and same result charges but phone wont connect.

I apologize you're having issues with your S3 connecting your device to a laptop. Seems like you tried several things to try and resolve the issue. Are you using the same usb cord that came with your S3? Have you tried connecting your device to another computer to see if it sees it? Try using every usb port on the laptop or try a different computer to see if it works.
