How can I upload photos from my Samsung Intensity II to my PC?

Question

Can anyone help me figure out how to upload photos from my Samsung Intensity II phone to my PC.  I don't see an SD card in the phone.  My phone communicates with my PC but I am not able to view any of the photos.  MY PC just tells me that my memory is full on my phone.
