Issue with ringtone download on Samsung G5

I recently upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S3 to the S5 and when I tried to download a ringtone/ringback combination, it downloaded the ringback only stating there wasn't enough storage, even though there is plenty of storage on my phone and SD card,but the ringtone is no where to be found to download.

I just spent forever with this problem with verizon. did you try downloading from Verizon Tones? If you did and didn't get it resolved try this...

Go into verizon tones and press and hold the soft key (the recent apps key-used to be the menu options key on old phones) to the left of the home button. when you press and hold it, the menu options come up instead of the recent apps. Then press "downloads". I found my ringtone there under "pending"

Congrats on the new phone, sissyre. I regret to inform you that ringtones can not be transferred between devices. The license for the ringtone is exclusive to the original device. I hope this clears up the confusion. Have a great day.

Thank You so much!!! I did this and it actually worked. My ringtone wasn't completely downloaded. I had received the message that there was not enough memory on my SD card which was not true. I tried downloading it again and it worked. Thanks again!
