My husband and I have the same phone. We downloaded the new update on our Blackberry 10 and the voicemail in our Hub is gone... no place does it say when we have a voicemail!

I have seen a lot of reports of this in the Blackberry.com forums, most of which are Verizon customers. The only fix is to reload the software. Hopefully, an update will be coming to address this.

Okay... Can you tell me how to uninstall the software?
Connect your device to a computer and use Blackberry Link software. You will see an option to reload the software.
