I was playing around with the voice activation controls on my razr maxx hd and now I cannot get the phone to operate to where I can use it. I would to a factory reset, but cannot get to that screen. It will not allow you to change screens.

If you are unable to navigate the phone try completing an alternate reset by following here http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/66354/#alt This will erase everything on the device.
