Why can't I receive text messages anymore?

i can send messages but not receive them anymore.

You posted this in Basic phones so I am assuming you have a basic phone, not a smartphone. Memory on a basic phone is minimal. Delete all your sent,drafts, and received texts and restart the phone. See if that frees up enough space to start you receiving messages again.
