I recently dropped an shattered my S3 screen. If I get another phone through an insurance claim, will that change my upgrade date?
No it will not change or affect your upgrade date. Its between you and the insurance company. You just pay the $99 deductible, and they send you another S3 and you mail back the broken one to Asurion if that's who you have your insurance with. Just place your SIM card, SD card and battery from the old phone and Verizon will automatically update your new phone in their system.
thats correct the insurance doesnt affect upgrade date. But if ur available to upgrade then i would since ud be spending the money anyways on the insurance repalcement unlesss u have unlimted data you dont want to lose. !
