Why can't I unlock my device?

I tried to set the lock option on my phone to unlock by pin but every time I try to unlock it by the pin I chose it says it is the wrong pin.

I am so sorry that you're having issues getting your phone unlocked! If you are unable to unlock using the PIN, you would have to complete a Hard Reset of your device. What make & model phone do you have?
