My mother switched to a new phone about a year ago but did not transfer her files to her new phone. She needs some of the photos from the old phone now, but the Verizon SUA won't download so that we can connect the phone to a PC. It says that the computer isn't connected to the internet. Since I can go to sites without issue, there must be something wrong with installing the drivers. Where can I get them or what else could be causing this issue?
