Not sure what happened, but I use the mobile hot spot all the time. I've noticed within the past couple days that it is not working. I go into the app, click the off button to on, and it says "checking subscription status," and it goes back to the main mobile hot spot screen. It doesn't even error out. Up until a couple days ago, it was fine. My account is current so it's not an unpaid bill.
